Shipping Policy

EPLAB Simracing ships to Italy, countries within the European Union, and major international destinations.

1. Order processing

Orders for products in stock are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may vary for made-to-order or customised products, and for pre-order products. In these cases, estimated production times will be shown on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Processing times are separate from the time required by the carrier to deliver the order.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, the shipping service selected, the carrier and, for international shipments, customs procedures.

Any delivery times shown at checkout are the applicable estimates at the time the order is placed.

For consumers in the European Union, unless otherwise agreed, delivery deadlines under applicable law apply.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, the shipment’s weight and dimensions, and the available shipping service.

The applicable shipping cost will be shown to the customer before the order is placed.

4. International shipments

EPLAB ships outside the European Union.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not expressly included in the price or the selected shipping service, they are payable by the recipient.

EPLAB cannot determine in advance the amount of any customs charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges.

5. Customs procedures

For international shipments, the customer must provide accurate and complete information required for delivery and any customs procedures.

Delays caused by customs inspections, requests for documentation, non-payment of duties or taxes, or other procedures carried out by the authorities in the destination country may affect delivery times.

EPLAB cannot control the timing of customs procedures carried out by the authorities in the destination country.

6. Shipment tracking

When available, the customer will receive a tracking number for their shipment by email.

The tracking number can be used to check delivery status directly with the carrier.

7. Failed delivery

If a shipment is not delivered within the expected period, the customer may contact EPLAB using the contact details provided on the website.

EPLAB will work with the carrier to check the shipment’s status and, where necessary, open a support request.

If the issue is caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failure to collect the shipment, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient, additional costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

8. Products damaged in transit

If a product arrives damaged, the customer should contact EPLAB as soon as possible.

To help us handle the claim promptly, we recommend providing:

• the order number;
• photographs of the product;
• photographs of the outer packaging;
• photographs of the inner packaging;
• any available photographs of the shipping label;
• any videos showing the damage.

EPLAB will investigate the issue and provide the necessary instructions.

Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Pre-order and made-to-order products

Products marked as Pre-Order, Made to Order, or made to order may require different production times from products immediately available in stock.

The estimated production time will be shown on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Production time should be considered separately from shipping time.
